Even more...

Hello Dear Reader,

I have a few more goals that I want to work on:
  • Lengthening my stride
  • Training for a 7 to 8 minute mile
  • Learning how to monitor my heart rate as a tool for improving my performance.

...and here are a few pictures I'm "borrowing" from the official race day photographer!
