I've neither forgotten about Ethiopia nor my promise to post two running related photos...actually the only photos I took that are not of semi-rural health facilities or nurses. Also, I found the Haile Gerbersalasie/Johnny Walker advert for your viewing pleasure(?).

On another note, my plan is to get back to pavement pounding by tomorrow. My left ankle is still a bit sore so running has been a no-go since Sunday. This evening will be spent with Couch Potato #1, the movie "Coming to America" and a big bag of ice for my foot in preparation for getting back out and tackling some hills! Specifically, I'll be running the crazy hill I live atop!!! As we say in the South, "come hell or high waters", that hill will be my best friend by Friday morning! Count on it...cause I leave for the US of A on Friday evening!
Can you believe that after 8 months of running...I'm only 12 days away from running the longest distance I've ever run in my entire life?! And that I'll be 30 years old in 4 more days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I need to reflect on that one! So until I do that...until next time...one foot in front of the other...keep it movin'!
